The context
For the OLIM proposal presented to the Jewish Agency, I designed Shiri, an AI agent guiding olim, new immigrants to Israel, as they settle in.
The challenge
Bank, housing, paperwork, language: aliyah means dozens of steps in a language you don’t speak yet. It needed a guide available day and night, clear and reassuring.
My answer
Shiri has a face, a warm tone and a memory of the conversation. She walks every oleh from day one to settling in, and hands over to a human advisor as soon as a question gets complex.

A complete concept, from Shiri’s personality to the key journeys, presented to the Jewish Agency.
What Shiri can do
Answer in Hebrew, English and French, and translate key documents
Generate a personal checklist: bank account, registration, housing
Check forms such as the teudat zehut or a lease
Tailor advice to the profile: student, professional, family
Point to useful services: ulpan, city hall, NGOs
Hand complex questions over to a human advisor
