The challenge
Keep the lightness of a dating app without losing the seriousness of a job search.
My answer
The gesture everyone knows: right means interested, left means pass. A clean interface, vivid colors and a character that sets the tone: job hunting can be fun.
The result
An application flow that feels more like a choice than a chore.
